Digital Product Policy

Convertly is a digital Shopify theme delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once access to the files has been provided.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned and can be downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or purchases made without reviewing the product details.

Eligible Refund Situations

We may consider a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Lack of technical knowledge.

  • Store performance issues caused by external factors not related to the theme itself.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in suspension of support services and future access to updates.
